Confidentiality

Many of our clients have highly confidential documents, including patents, medical reports, new product descriptions, technical specifications, litigation documents and similar materials that require a high degree of confidentiality. Textronics Communications Ltd. considers all client communication, whether written or verbal, to be confidential.

All documents that we deal with are treated with absolute confidentiality by all our employees. They are stored under lock and key and shredded at the end of their retention period. We observe strict procedures in the storage and disclosure of information to prevent unauthorized access.

All our translation and language experts sign a confidentiality agreement with us for each and every project that they work on for us. They strictly abide by ethical standards that apply throughout the translation industry.

Your documents will be treated with absolute confidentiality, whether you submit them to us for an estimate only or whether you authorize us to complete a project.
